SN65LVDS822: Average supply current of each VDD and VDDIO

Hi team,

My customer would like to know the average supply current of VDD and VDDIO respectively.

Are there any data for average supply current of each power supplies when VDD = 3.3V and VDDIO = 1.8V.

The fclk is 40MHz. If there are no data, the design estimated value is helpful for us.

Hi Saito,

We don't have data for this exact condition. I checked with design and unfortunately they do not have an estimated value either.

However, Figure 21 has a graph that shows the total current consumption of Vdd+Vddio from 0 to 60MHz. Can the customer use this? The voltages are the same value in the graph, and the current consumption will be lower than what's shown if one of the supplies is 1.8V.

Hi IK,

Customer need to know not the total current consumption of VDD+VDDIO but each current consumption of VDD and VDDIO.

What is the ratio between the current consumption of VDD and VDDIO?

I've checked with the designers and it seems we don't have data for Vdd and Vddio separately.
