DP83849I: DP83849I power consumption RESET vs Powerdown

Hi Etherphy team,

I have a question about DP83849I power consumption at RESET mode vs Powerdown mode.

※RESET mode: pin71 RESET_N to LO.

My customer wants to reduce power consumption when DP83849I doesn't work.

Datasheet describes Idd power down mode 9.5mA_typ but no Idd reset mode.

Could you let me know Idd reset mode?

Hi Kai,

We do not have data to provide on the DP83849I when in RESET.
The current will be higher in RESET compared to power-down state.

I will recommend Power-Down state to customer to reduce the current.
