If I add a pull-up resister (1k Ohm) as TLIN1024-Q1 is slave, is there any effect?

Kevin,

Do you mean a pull-up resistance on the LIN bus? If so, that should be okay, but it would reduce the effective pull-up resistance for that slave node.

Please let me know if my understanding is incorrect.
