DP83640: Is the MEMS OSC available?

Hello

My Customer is using the OSC on the DP83640.

But Crystal OSC is normal, but MEMS OSC is abnormal.

Crystal OSC : ASE-25.000MHZ-LC-T

MEMS OSC : DSC6001CI2A-025.0000

RX waveform of using DSC6001CI2A-025.0000

Which signal pins did you probe?

Can you provide the same plot with oscillator?
