As I see, TCAN1042x series did not integrated power supply, do you have below CAN solutions: Output 5V voltage with en/disable control,capable >250mA, support CAN FD,

    At the moment, the only CAN device with a voltage output integrated that TI has available is the TCAN4550. This device is a CAN controller and transceiver integrated as well though, not just a transceiver with an integrated power supply.

    Can you explain the application in a little more detail?

    Did Ti have similar solution with NXP's CAN SBC, Like TJA1075/6

    Fandy,

    I wasn't able to find the TJA1075/6 on the internet, but I was able to find the UJA1075. We don't have anything released at the moment that can be a direct replacement of this device, the closest would be the TCAN4550, but even this solution would not be a suitable replacement in most cases. This would require multiple devices from TI in one solution, we don't currently offer anything integrated with all the features of the UJA1075.
