TUSB1310A: only use USB2.0

Hi Team,

We are requested by the customers, if they only need to use the USB2.0 PHY section inside of TUSB1310A, could they float all the PIPE pins, and only use ULPI interface for USB2.0. Could you help to confirm? And anything need to be done on the driver, to disable the USB3.0 sections.
