Dear TI Experts,

I'd like to know can I transfer RGB565 to RGB888 through DS90UB927 and DS90UB926?

ds90ub927 connects to RGB565

ds90ub926 connects to RGB888

Hello Qianqian,

DS90UB927-Q1 can not support RGB565 format. You need to convert to 24 bit or 18 bit OLDI mappings before inputting to 927.

Yes, the SOC can only support RGB565 now, and I'll use a bridge between SOC and DS90UB927~(I cannot use DS90UB925 ,end customer is using DS90UB927)

So my question is can it support RGB655 →bridge →927 →926→RGB888 ?

So long as the output of the bridge is in RGB888 then it is ok.
