Does the schmitt trigger on the A and B inputs shown in the receive equivalent circuitry trigger at 0.7VL for High Logic levels and 0.3VL for Low Logic Levels?

Sullivan,

The 'Schmitt trigger' is more like a comparator which takes input differential voltage and coverts it to a digital signal. As I mentioned before, you could use 40mV as its threshold.

Sullivan,

Do you set up your bench in TI TINA? You can use TLV3201 model. If you want to design a circuit to have same electrical characteristics of SN65HVD01, you may need to tweak the resistors' value.
