Linux/DP83867E: DP83867E is interfaced to T2081 as part of linux based embedded system

We are implementing the ARP and facing issues in our linux (Ver 4.1.34) based embedded system. We are not able to send data/communicate with the PHY device or even self ping. After trying to download various linux drivers we found that each download version is different.

Do you have any tested linux drivers that we can use?
