B.Schematic：

C.Debug Process：

1. Use DS80PCI800 Repeater independently, without adding PCIe Mux/DeMux Switch, function is normal;

2. Connect DS80PCI800 Repeater and PCIe Mux/DeMux Switch, Can not find PCIe Device;

3. Figure shows that after DS80PCI800 Repeater is removed, TX and RX signals are directly Connect to PCIe Mux/DeMux Switch,Can find Device.

Please send the entire schematic which shows the entire path from the CPU to the Endpoint in the schematic. It may help to understand how the different scenarios are behaving.

Are the DS80PCI800 inputs ac-coupled to the remote PCIe TX? It is not obvious from the schematic. As Lee suggested, please share the entire schematic.
