Hi team,

why the DSLVDS1001 and DSLVDS1002 ESD performance are not the same?

The ESD is for all I/O pins, no matter single end and differential pins, right?

Hello Frank,

They are different designs with different I/O cells, so the ESD is not the same. Yes; ESD is tested on all pins, single-ended and differential.

I understand, but that's what the 2 devices support in terms of ESD, and it's not something we can change now.
