HD3SS6126: Asking for the HD3SS6126 EVM setting and operation

thanks for suggestions.
customer test table 1 mode 5 and mode 6. however, the fail is 100%.
do you have suggestion for this EVM setting on why it doesn't work?

Please first probe both side of the switch, are they seeing LFPS when in mode 5 and 6? This is a switch only without any re-driver capability, so please make sure to use short, good quality cable on both side of the switch.

The connection video looks correct. It looks like the USB mass storage device was properly recognized when HD3SS6126 was in A-B path, but not being recognized when switch to A-C path, is this correct? Have they tried to unplug/plug the device when HD3SS6126 is A-C path to see if the device can be recognized? Please also swap the host between A-B and A-C path to see if the issue follows the host.

--> unplugging/plugging USB device will let the USB device be recognized.

Customer tried difference NB, the same problem is the same. so it is not host related.

Have they tried to connect the device on A-C path first, get recognized, and then switch to A-B path? Does the device gets recognized?

USB3.0 is not recognized, and USB2.0 is work well always.

are you able to use EVM to duplicate the same situation?

customer feedback they uses Dell Latitude 7490 and Lenovo T570 Win 10 host system.

Does this issue happen only with a particular host and a particular USB drive?

HD3SS6126 is a passive switch, with all the negotiation happening between the host and the drive, I don't see how this problem can be related to HD3SS6126 unless there is wrong with the physical connection of HD3SS6126.
