Thank you for replying to my question.

The commercial ibis model does not go beyond 85'C, which is a problem (not covering my worst case). Also, the ibis model has only Vcca = 0.9V and has un-acceptable huge oscillation behavior. If you can provide a model with Vcca = 1.8V, it will be of great help.
