They should move 2M pulldown from TUSB546_SBU1/2 to Type_C_SBU1/2.

I will review their layout later and provide my feedback.

I have reviewed the TUSB8044 schematic and I recommend USB_Vbus be tied to Vbus and not EN signal Hub upstream port will not connect until this pin is high. Is customer using TUSB8044 billboard to report an Alternate Mode failure?

Yes. customer uses 8044 billboard to report the Alternate mode failure.

Based on your previous answer, the pull downs on BBbmConfigured0 and BBbmConfigured1 pins are correct. Other than this the schematic looks good.
