DS26C31MQML: Non-operating (no power supply), is the output pin of the part high impedance?

This is specified in the datasheet.
The parameter is Ioff. It has a limit of +/-100uA when Vcc = 0.

Sorry, I answered your other question in this post.

This is also in the datasheet.
The output will need to be disabled in order to present high impedance on the output.
This specification is Ioz.
