Hello all,

I would like to know if STP/STQ cable can be used for backwards compatible mode of DS90UB914A-Q1 and DS90UB953-Q1.

Also, what does it mean "Removed mention of STP modes for the DS90UB914A-Q1 being incompatible with DS90UB953-Q1." in revision history of snla270a?

    Hello RYO,

    EDIT: Apologies my original answer was incorrect. 953->914A does support STP. The revision note is because when we originally released the app note it mentioned incompatibility but it actually is supported so we removed the note.
