SoC is unable to detect clock 949 Serializer

Hi

We are using [iMX8] SoC HDMI Tx path -> Serializer 949 -> FPD link III -> Deserializer 948 display panel.

As we plug in the display panel the HPD gets detected, and SoC receives EDID information from display panel thru 948 and fpd. SoC sets the pixel clock in linux driver based on EDID information received. We are unable to notice the clock  output from SoC in hardware as we probe the HDMI Tx clock out put from SoC
