can we use the TPD4E02B04 on the USB OTG ID pin?

What is the reference voltage of ID pin?

Also can we use TPD4E02B04 on D+ and D- lines?

The TPD4E02B04 is only rated for 3.3V systems, if the USB OTG ID pin is a 5V tolerant pin it will need a higher voltage device. I would recommend the TPD1E05U06 as a good single channel option, or the TPD4E05U06 for a four channel option if you want to cover all of the pins with a single device. The TPD4E02B04 can definitely protect the D+/D- lines, however depending on what time of USB speed you are using it might be lower capacitance than required.

What is the speed of the USB used here?

the usb 2.0 HS (480Mbps).

Do you recommend TPD4E1U06 for USB2.0 HS and ID pin?
