My customer would need to understand how the number of discharges could affect our TPD1B0x

- are there any information on the number of discharges we can withstand during the component lifetime?

- are there any recommendations on the time between two discharges?

- how does it affect the MTBF?

Hello,
I will look for this information. I can say that the IEC61000-4-2 standard has 10 pulses at each level with 1 second in between.
