We are using the PHY in 100BT fixed rate with auto-negotiation disabled.
- How should the PHY be configured to establish a link as fast as possible?
- What is the corresponding fastest link up time? (For example, assume the link is physically disconnected. Once the link is physically re-connected, how much later until the PHY is capable to transmitting/receiving frames?)
