DS90UB941AS-Q1: DS90UB941 issues

In the debugging process of the 3S1(our product) 60 instruments  we produced this time, we found that more than 10 instruments screens were not displayed after  upgraded .

After analysis, they were found to be caused by poor DS90UB941AS IC. The main performances were as follows: backlight was normal, PWM EN GPIO transmission was normal, and DS90UB948 and DS90UB941AS could be locked normally. The LVDS clock signal of the screen is normal.

We replace the bad IC of DS90UB941AS IC, and it is normal when use  the old DS90UH941AS IC before.
