DP83822IF: Transformerless coupling between two PHYs

For connecting two of these PHYs on one PCB I understand I need to 

1. connect the transformerless lines with 100nF capacitors
2. set the Tx line drivers to Class A by writing 0x0024 into rgister 0x0404

Is it correct also to pull up both the Rx and Tx pins on both PHYs with 49.9 Ohms to VCC, which is +1.8V in this case?
