My customer have an issue with DS90CF386.

LCD image has green dot as below,

1. Could you please give me your advice for improvement?

2. Could you please let me know about the root cause from your past experience?

3. What measurement items do you need for reaching the root cause?

Hi Yusuke-san,

What has the customer done so far to debug the issue? Are they seeing this issue on multiple devices? Namely, do they have some systems that don't show this issue?

Below are some preliminary points to check:

1. Have they checked if the bit mapping is correct between the DS90CF386, their processor, and the LCD?
2. Does the LCD strobe data on the falling edge of the clock?
