Hi Kaede,

TOF2/3 maximum is 5ns.

TOF1/4 maximum is unclear. Our validation data shows maximum is ~30ns, but this is not guaranteed by our test program.

The minimum is not known. The typical numbers are very close to the measured value during our characterization.
