DS90C032B: Meaning of Z at EN=L / EN *=H.

Hi Team

I have a question about the DS90C032BTM.
It is indicated as Z when EN = L / EN * = H.
Is this the meaning of high impedance? Does that mean it is indeterminate?

It may oscillate or Low-Level when connected to the subsequent device. Why is this?
Is this because it is in an undefined state, or is it due to the processing of the post device?

Also, is it OK to process unused pins with OPEN?

    Hi Ishiwata-san,

    Yes; Rout=Z means high impedance, so the DS90C032B is not driving the output. If there is some signal on that pin, then it could be from the device on the other side or interference/noise.

    Unused pins can be left open (assuming input pins don't have a termination resistor; if they do please see the section "Receiver Failsafe" for how to handle them).
