TS3USB221: Ok to leave 2D+, 2D- pins floating when S = low

Hi TI experts,

Following customer question:
In our application there's an assemply option in which we want to leave pins 2D+, 2D- floating. S will be low logic level for low speed 3.3V single ended 48MHz operation. Do you expect problems with this setup?
