Hi team,

Our customer is using DS90UB953Q1 to automotive camera project.

They should define "signal integrity" spec to support their OEM request. But, we don't know how to specify "signal integrity".

Could you tell me how to define "signal integrity" spec?

If there is any technical documents about that, could you send me it?

    In terms of signal integrity, we mostly care about transmission channel return loss, insertion loss, cross talk, PCB trace and cable impedance.

    For UB953, we have some target characteristics listed in datasheet section 8.1 table 177, some design requirements in section 8.2. All of these recommendations help with signal integrity.
    We also have recommendation on PCB layout in section 10
