Hi Team,

customer uses the USB-IF tool to set VIF.
would you please review the VIF file and suggest how to set the .pjt?

    Hi,

    bcdDevice is set by the firmware and the .pjt needs to match this setting.

    In the latest VIF tool, 1.2.5.0, if Port Type=DRP and USB_COMMS_CAPABLE = YES and TYPE_C_CAN_ACT_AS_DEVICE = Yes, than DR_SWAP_UFP and DFP are constrained to YES.

    The NO_USB_SUSPEND_MAY_BE_SET looks correct to me. Are you getting a compliance error because of this?

    I also recommend updating your GRL C2 to the latest firmware, 1.3.10.26. The attachment shows 1.3.8. Compliance testing will be done at the most recent version. I expect GRL will release a newer version soon also.
