Hi Eike,

We have the IBIS model for simulating the interface between a MAC and PHY. With this you can check the interface between your ASIC and DP83822 to verify the connection. Is this what you are looking for? We publish it on the product page on ti.com: www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

Hi Aniruddha,

unfortunately not. I am looking for a digital simulation file to test my mii (MAC) to rmii (PHY) module. Since we use this PHY in our project it would be great to simulate with a model of this PHY.

Hi Eike,

We don't provide our verilog models to customers. The MII and RMII design IP in the PHY has been validated across different conditions like voltage, temperature, loading etc. Any MAC that supports MII and RMII ethernet interfaces can work with DP83822. The IBIS models provide datapoints for signal integrity analysis.
