TRS3253E: IBIS models or source impedance

Hi,

Are there IBIS models available for the CMOS (ROUT) outputs, i.e., pins 4, 5, 7, etc.? Any part with an equivalent output stage would work. I'm ultimately after the output impedance of this driver so I can size the termination resistor.

Hi Ben,

I was unable to find an IBIS model in our database for the TRS3253 design specifically. However, we have an IBIS model available for the MAX3232 device, which should be comparable in its output logic structure to the TRS3253 device. The link to the MAX3232 IBIS model is here:
