The version of this device with -40 C to +125 C temperature range is AM26C32Q.

None of the mentioned PN above is TSSOP with -40C to 125C or better

That's correct, the wider temperature range devices like AM26C32Q are available in an SOIC package. We unfortunately do not offer them in TSSOP.
