DP83867E: Question on RESET_N Sequencing

HI Team,

Is it acceptable to apply a logic high voltage to RESET_N before the supply power has completely come up? It looks like the datasheet doesn't mention any hard requirements for sequencing this pin, so I would think it's acceptable to do this.
