TPS65987D: Stencil design

Customer is using 0.13mm thick stencil and found there is 1% to pin short between pin1 to pin2 (although they do short internally), but appearance is not allowed.

Could you please advise stencil design for 0.13mm thickness stencil?

Hi Adam,

The drawing is based on 0.1mm thickness stencil.

I am asking 0.13mm thickness stencil, please help to provide suggestion, thanks!

Hello Tiger,

I would recommend that your customer follows the example shown within the schematic using the 0.1mm stencil if they do not want the appearance of pins 1 and 2 shorting together
