Dear team,
Our customer is using SN65DP159 and encounter a issue.
When they connect a 4K HDMI monitor in OS, the monitor can display normally.
But the monitor cannot not display if they restart the system and enter BIOS.
It's builded on AMD platform. And they have another motherboard with the same CPU but not using SN65DP159, there is no this issue.
Then I used SN65DP159 EVM to connect on this motherboard, also occurred this issue.
By the way, the eye diagram of compliance test is pass, so I think it's not signal quality issue.
Do you have any idea or any experience??
