    Hey Satoshi-san,

    Because this device is a low power device the Tc and Tj will be similar to each other. I will just report the Tj values for you and you can assume Tc is the same or slightly lower.

    The maximum  recommended operating is 85C.

    For the absolute maximum, I had a bit harder time finding data on this. I was able to find that design seemed to test he device at 100C so this gives me way to believe the absolute maximum is 105C atleast. I'm pretty certain you could run it at 125C but you will find the FIT rate and MTBF increase when you run it at 125C.
