Eli,

Could you clarify your question? If you are asking what termination is need on USB Host for TUSB8042 to enumerate at high-speed then that single-ended termination is ~45 ohm on DP and DM. TUSB8042 has all terminations integrated.

any PD or PU are required between host to TUSB8042RGCT to make sure that the host will see the port as high speed?
