This device supports up to 85C ambient.

How does device behave when over 85C?

Device damaged? Still work with out of spec? Lower long term reliability ?

What is absolute maximum junction temperature?

    Hello Ito-san,

    Unfortunately, I do not have data for operation above 85C. The abs max junction temp is 150C, however, operating at that temp can affect reliability. Still it gives you an idea, that operating a little over 85C will probably not cause damage or affect reliability. Performance and parameter values will likely degrade when operating above 85C. The typical characteristics plots vs. temp may give you an idea, but no guarantees, of course.
