TPD5S116: IEC 61000-4-4 protection?

Hello,

Does the TPD5S116 provide a protection against ±1 kV EFTs as per IEC 61000-4-4? This is not documented in the datasheet. Is there any way of deducing it from other characteristics given in the datasheet?

Hi,

We haven't test the IEC 61000-4-4 in the devcie, we just gurantee IEC6100-4-1 which we have test ±15-kV Contact Discharge on External Lines and ±15-kV Air-gap Discharge on External Lines .
