    Hello Colin,

    Here are the full thermal parameters I found for this device, including an updated junction-to-ambient value, which I think is more accurate.
    Theta JA-High K: 111.1
    Theta JC, top: 55.6
    Theta JB: 51.8
    Psi JT: 9.7
    Psi JB: 51.2
