HD3SS215: Regarding input sources

Hai,

I am using HD3SS215 as a 2X1 switcher. I am using input sources for HD3SS215 what ever used in TMDS442. But only few are displaying at the output monitor. What ever the input sources i am facing problem over here same thing happened with TMDS442 also, we found that TMDS442 is heating too much and we solved it by using heat sink then all the input sources are working but in case of HD3SS215, IC is not at all heating and signal voltage levels are perfect. Can i know what would be the problem?

How can i calculate refresh rate of input sources? what are the important points to be checked while selecting input sources and output devices for HD3SS215.

what source do you choose? 4k2k60hz, or 4k2k30hz? for 4k2k60hz, you may need good layout for HD3SS215
