Hi

Would you tell me the following Absolute Maximum Rating of the PPHV internal FET?

1. Continuous Drain Current @Ta = 25°C

2. Pulsed Drain Current @Ta = 25°C

    Hi Anderson,

    These specs are not released for the internal FET on the TPS65987D. Since the TPS65987D integrates all of the power path protections, there is no need to know what these specs are since you will never be able to test the internal FET at these specs. This data is not relevant for the TPS65987D since the PD controller manages the power path automatically.
