TLK1221: Is an Orcad symbol available?

All,

One of my customers is considering using the TLK1221. Would anyone know if the schematic symbol is available for Orcad? Also, what is the difference between the TLK1221RHAT and TLK1221RHATG4?

Thank you for getting back to me. Could you tell me the difference between the TLK1221RHAT and the TLK1221RHATG4? What does the 'G4' call out?

Hello John,

There is no difference between them. In the past, the G4 was for Green (Lead-free). It was used when TI first started doing Green conversions of devices to differentiate between lead vs. no lead devices. However, at present both device part numbers are Green so there isn’t a need for the ‘G4’ marking anymore. It’s kept so customers don’t have to change the part number in their designs.
