ONET1141L: PIN FLT Indicate fault ,However, no state can cause an fault occurs

Part Number: ONET1141L

After normal write 0X02，0X03，0X04,0X05, register(Modulation Current ,Bias Current ), do not access these registers for a period of time, PIN FLT will become high, indicating that a fault has occurred.
However, no state can cause an fault occurs

Another product use onet1141l too, frequently reads and writes these registers , fault will not occur

Hi Yue,

1). I am assuming you are also enabling fault detection bit (reg 0x00[3]) as well. Right?
2). Is this occurring on every board? How many have you tried?
3). Can you please use scope and check to see if MONB and MONP pins(pins 13 and 14) fall out of range (1.1V to 1.24V).
