Hi team.

I'd like to know about reliability test conditions for MAX3243.

According to TI website(http://www.ti.com/support-quality/reliability/reliability-testing.html)

Do you take into consideration the load current in the life calculation?

If you are YES, please let me know how much the load current is applied.(As far as possible.)

We want to conduct a life reliability test only us.

But  we don't know detail the test condition parameters.

    Yes, we take the loading into the life calculation. The loading condition is maximum load (3kOhm + 1000pF) at maximum data rate (250kbps) with all 3 drivers on. Please be aware that TI's life reliability result is a projected model based on acceleration tests. Please let me know if you have more questions.

    I understood about the loading in the life calculation.

    I have a one more question about the life calculation.
    As OK in your design, how many years is the life reliability?
    (Of course, I understood the life reliability result is in calculation.)

    TI standard is 100000 hours in 10 years. The calculation is based on this life time usage.
