Dear team,
Our customer used TUSB8041 for their design, and in the process of power up, they found that the power of 3V3 would immediately leak to 1V1.
In order to confirm this phenomenon, the chip VDD pin is disconnected from the power supply, and the test waveform of power on is shown in the figure below. According to the result, the power of the 1V1 power supply pin rises with 3V3, and then falls back.
There is also a lane-switch on the customer's board. This SW requires power on time sequence (3v3->1v8->1v5->1v1). Now the current peak of 1V1 is faster than that of 1V5.
Please help to confirm whether the current leakage is caused by the chip design, thank you!
