TMDS181: Asking for TMDS181 setting

Hi Team,
Customer uses TMDS181, and they try to set 0Bh bit 1 to 0, however, it will become 0.
Would you please provide your comment for this?

if set 0Ah bit 5 to "1", will that impact 0Dh's value?

Are they disable link training before writing to bit 1 of register 0x0Bh?

If bit 5 of register 0x0Ah is set to 1, then TMDS181 is in adaptive EQ. Fixed EQ does not apply.

Why do they need to change these registers? Can you please provide more background info?
