TPS65981: Is there a way to generate the bitstream for programming without Aardvark?

Team, my customer needs help:

We're using the TPS65981 Application Programming Tool to flash a PCBA and we keep on running into issues using the Aardvark and it's drivers. 

Is there a way to generate the bitstream for programming without using the tool so we can flash using something besides the Aardvark?
