PCI2050B: PCI2050B DMA test

Thanks for your reply.

We are running the DMA test with the PLXMON tool.
XIO2001 needs to be changed by tuner to reach the downlink rate of more than 100 MB/s.
PCI2050 does not have a tuner tool, so it only runs to more than 60 MB/s.

The frequency mentioned in the reply should be the multiplication bandwidth is the transmission rate I mentioned.
So suppose that multiplying 33MHz in 32bit bandwidth should be 132MB/s.
Why it only seems to run halfway through only 60 MB/s.
Is there any setting that needs to be adjusted?

I've spoken with design and the feedback is that there is no setting or tuning ability to increase the rate. 132 MB/s is only the theoretical maximum bandwidth and is not really something that can be controlled. If you are only seeing 60 MB/s then that is just due to the maximum bandwidth limitation of your system implementation.
