I'd like to know the Recommended Operating Conditions / Absolute Maximum Ratings of junction temperature of AM26C32IPWR.

Does it have these two specs?

Actually we don't have official specs for them. From my personal experience, the recommended operating junction temperature could be 105C and the abs max junction temperature be 125C.
