TUSB7340: TUSB7340 Write/Read Data Rate issue

Hi,

My Customer used TUSB7340 design a USB Hub. Now customer testing USB3.0 Dead Data Rate is 324.4 MB/s, Write Date Rate is 186.7MB/s. Can't reach USB3.0 standard Write/Read Data Rate 400MB/s. Customer wants to know what's caused this issue and how to fix it . Attached is customer TUSB7340 related Schematic for reference. thanks !

what device they used for testing? normally it's hard to get standard 400MB/s.

Hi Brian,

Please reference customer tested picture as below. Customer used PassMark USBTest for testing Data rate.

So what's the Max Write/Read data rate for our TUSB7340? Do you have any suggestions for customer to improve their W/R data rate. Thanks !

based on the data we tested before, data transfer rate on customer's platform is not slow at all.
the only thing they can check is if they turn on SSC.
